1. Commercial Service Agreements

If you have entered into a separate commercial service agreement with Wash Cycle Laundry Inc. or its subsidiaries ("Wash Cycle," "we," "us," or "our"), the terms of that agreement govern your commercial laundry services and supersede these Terms and Conditions to the extent of any conflict. These Terms apply to your use of this website and any services not covered by a separate written agreement.

2. Website Use

By accessing this website (washcyclelaundry.com), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Services

Wash Cycle Laundry provides commercial laundry processing, linen rental, and related services to hotels, gyms, spas, janitorial companies, and other businesses. Service scope, pricing, delivery schedules, and service level commitments are defined in individual commercial service agreements between Wash Cycle and each client.

4. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through this website does not create a binding agreement. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply and are subject to change upon inspection of actual laundry volume, item types, and service requirements. A binding agreement is formed only upon execution of a written commercial service agreement.

5. Laundry Processing

Suitability

All items submitted for processing must be suitable for commercial laundering. Wash Cycle processes items using commercial-grade equipment and standard commercial wash formulas. We are not responsible for damage to items that are not suitable for commercial washing, including items requiring dry cleaning or specialty care.

Damage and Loss

While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your items, we cannot be held responsible for normal wear and tear inherent to commercial laundering, including but not limited to fading, shrinkage, pilling, or button loss. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the terms specified in your commercial service agreement, or in the absence of such agreement, ten (10) times the processing charge for the affected item.

Hazardous or Contaminated Items

We reserve the right to refuse processing of items that pose a health or safety risk to our staff, including items heavily contaminated with biological, chemical, or hazardous materials beyond what is expected for your business type.

6. Payment

Payment terms are established in your commercial service agreement. For services not covered by a written agreement, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due.

7. Scheduling and Delivery

Pickup and delivery schedules are established in your commercial service agreement. Changes to scheduled service require at least 24 hours' notice for commercial accounts. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain agreed-upon schedules but are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Wash Cycle Laundry Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wash Cycle Laundry Inc. or its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wash Cycle Laundry Inc., its subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of this website or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
