We recently opened a brand new, 25,000 SF laundry plant in Lynn, MA. With it, we can process more than 1 million pounds of laundry per month using market-leading equipment that saves water and energy while providing a high-quality finish. But successful hotel laundry operations are about more than just equipment — it’s about the team that operates them. From a seasoned management team with significant industry experience to a committed crew of over 100 hourly staff sourced in collaboration with community partners, we’ve got the expertise and the workforce to keep your hotel stocked with linen, even at the peak of the high season.
Drawing on decades of industry experience, we built a laundry management system that tags your hotel’s laundry from the moment it enters our door, and follows it until it leaves. We use a pH-neutral detergent and chlorine-free bleach to extend the lifetime of your linens and to lower the risk of guest complaints.
Between market-leading chemistry, efficient equipment, and water re-use and recycling technology, we use about 70% less water than typical in-house operations, and about 30% less energy. We also have a chlorine bleach-free process that tough on stains but kind on the planet (and on your linens).
With trucks tracked by GPS and central dispatchers that work 7 days per week, you’ll have the most up-to-date information about your linen’s whereabouts and ETA.
We know that when it comes to laundry, giving guests a five-star experience and giving your housekeepers the tools for their job come first and second. When you work with us, it’s nice to know that while you’re doing that, you’re also creating second chances for vulnerable adults in your city.
All of our clients are cared for by a dedicated route manager who performs your pickups and drop-offs — they’ll get to know your staff, your housekeeping schedule, and your storage areas so that you get consistent service.
Good “soil sorting” is the key to a quality laundry operation, so we hand-sort incoming linen into six classifications — fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, topsheets/duvet covers, towels, and specialty items like shower curtains. A lot of mistakes (damaged linen, mixed linen, lost linen, stained linen etc.) can be traced back to errors during the soil sort, so we invest time here.
We know your brand takes its sustainability program seriously.
We’ve installed market-leading sustainability technologies in our
plants, including water recycling systems, efficient equipment, and other methods to save water and energy.
By now, the days of thin white sheets, thermal blankets, and those heavy, colorful bedspreads are a distant memory. We’ve updated our ironing and finishing equipment to match, with Lapauw and Sea-Lion ironing lines that are equipped to handle today’s luxury linen.
Whether you’re a luxury boutique with Frette linens, a Marriott Fairfield that uses those “cumulus” or “bubble” sheets, or a Hampton Inn with those duvet covers with embroidered fronts and synthetic backs — we have first-hand experience making sure your linens come back clean an intact.

We’re looking forward to talking to you soon!
