On November 12, we launched our ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) program at Wash Cycle Laundry. The goal was simple: give our team members the opportunity to strengthen their English skills during the workweek, on company time, without sacrificing their personal hours.
El 12 de noviembre iniciamos nuestro programa ESOL (Inglés para Hablantes de Otros Idiomas) en Wash Cycle Laundry. El objetivo fue simple: brindar a nuestros colaboradores la oportunidad de fortalecer su inglés durante la semana laboral, en tiempo de la empresa, sin sacrificar su tiempo personal.

28 employee-students enrolled and showing up, week after week 17 classes completed 25.5 hours per student 714 total hours invested in their growth
