Tell us about yourself Can you tell us about your organization and the work you do? Hi, My name is Hayley and I am the customer care manager here at WashCycle. My job includes overseeing communication with our customers as well as our operational team, making sure that each interaction is as smooth as possible, timely and aligned with our standards. I also contribute to our marketing efforts, helping to shape how we connect with you guys and represent, the Wash Cycle brand. What’s a typical day like for you? A typical day for me starts with daily check ins with our team to review schedules, track any potential delays and ensure that our customers are informed every step of the way. I also manage any incoming request that you may have and making sure that everything is running smoothly behind the scenes. I, also participate in weekly team meetings. That gives us the chance to review client satisfaction, address any concerns, as well as brainstorm ideas how we can improve. Every day is pretty balanced of coordinating, communication and problem solving. What makes Wash Cycle different from other laundry services? What makes Wash Cycle Laundry different is how big and inclusive our team is and the way that we work together.
